The Fuel cell and Hydrogen Systems Engineering team is a hub of innovation for Plug Power. We work together to develop the next generation of PEM fuel cells to support a multitude of markets including stationary power, material handling, transportation and aerospace. Not only do our designs support power generation from 2 KW up to over 125KW in both air cooled and liquid cooled systems, but we also design, develop and deploy new technologies to store, and dispense green hydrogen. We do this work inspired by a greater purpose – helping industries reduce their carbon footprint by providing a complete hydrogen economy from green hydrogen generation to hydrogen transportation, hydrogen storage, hydrogen dispensing and clean energy generation using our PEM fuel cells.

From our warehouses to our production lines to our engineers, our global manufacturing group innovates the future of Green Energy.
Our Service group is a critical component of our overall customer strategy. Service employees are embedded at customer sites to be the face of our company and provide dedicated support to maintain our products onsite. Our Field Engineering teams serve as a continuation of that support by serving as the bridge between customers, manufacturing and productions groups, working to ensure our designs meet the rigorous standards our products are held to.

Students at Plug jumpstart their careers by working collaboratively with leaders through various programs that give them real-world, industry experience.
