If anyone exudes excitement about the power of Plug’s solutions — it is Justin de Boer, Plug’s Plant Manager for Energy Solutions.
Justin, who joined Plug more than one year ago, is responsible for the day-to-day plant operations, maintenance, and logistics around the production of liquid and gaseous hydrogen utilizing Plug’s electrolyzers and liquefiers. He said he chose to join Plug because it’s the future.
“Plug is leading the charge in becoming the largest provider of green energy,” Justin said. “This coupled with being vertically integrated, Plug can do many things other companies could only dream of.”

“The ability to discuss your passions and interact with people only drives home the point of what impact Plug will have on the future,” he said. “It’s an amazing experience.”
Other career highlights include building the Plug team and continuing the company’s involvement in local communities.
“Plug is a company full of dedicated and passionate people who are ready to work hard and put in the time to change the future for the better,” Justin said. “There is a lot of demanding work ahead of us to make these ambitious goals a reality but being able to see what your hard work can turn into is extremely rewarding and motivating.”
