The floor opens on March 4, 2019. Starting at 2pm ET, Andy will begin taking questions via Quora. Anyone with a Quora account – retail investors, media, employees, energy enthusiasts – can submit questions. Answers to these questions will go live at 2pm ET on March 7th!
